Straight answers.

Will it just block again?

Not if the cause is dealt with. A clear-and-run leaves the root or the broken section in place, which is why we identify the cause and tell you what it will take to fix properly.

Do you use a camera?

When it is warranted. For a simple grease blockage in a known line it is an unnecessary cost, and we will say so rather than adding it to the invoice.

Are tree roots covered by insurance?

Sometimes, depending on your policy. We provide the report and photos you need to make the claim.

Need it looked at today?

Call and talk to the plumber who will actually do the job. For anything urgent, always call rather than filling in a form.
