What should I do before you arrive?
Call us first, before anything else. Every emergency is different, and we would rather talk you through your own situation on the phone than have you follow general advice off a website. The line is answered 24 hours a day by the plumber who will come out.
Do after-hours calls cost more?
After-hours work is charged at a higher rate, which is normal for the trade. You are told the rate on the phone before we book you in, and you still approve a fixed total before any work starts.
